Mediation cell

A Consumer Mediation Cell is a specialized unit established by government to help resolve consumer disputes through a mediation process, rather than a formal court case. These cells are attached to District, State, and National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions, offering a cost-effective and time-saving alternative for consumers. They are mandated to handle disputes efficiently and fairly, with the goal of reaching mutually agreeable settlements.
