Complaints where the value of the goods/service paid as consideration does not exceed Rupees 50 lakhs than Consumers can file a complaint at District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Filing of a Complaint

Section 35(1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 enables the electronic filing of consumer complaints in the Consumer Commission. The Confonet project has been migrated to the E-Jagriti portal with effect from January 2025.

Consumers can access daily case-related services such as the cause list, case filing, online payment, case scrutiny, case approval, courtroom hearing, daily orders/judgments, case history, and more by using the E-Jagriti portal at the URL mentioned below:
