In compliance to resolution passed by the Goa State Consumer Protection Council in its meeting held on 21st February 2003 under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Minister for Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, this Department has Constituted Consumer Conciliation for amicable settlement of Consumer disputes. The Conciliation committee meets every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month to hear consumer complaints. It consists of Following Officials;
